Dr. Charnoff is a graduate of the New York University Medical School and completed his training in internal medicine at Brookdale Hospital. Dr. Charnoff was then appointed to the position of Chief Resident where his responsibilities included both caring for patients and training physicians in the practice of medicine. Following his tenure as chief resident Dr. Charnoff went on to complete his training with his fellowship in cardiology at the Maimonides Medical Center and has remained dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to the residents of Brooklyn. Dr. Judah Charnoff has been recognized as one of the top physicians in the New York Metropolitan area in both New York magazine and the New York Times. He holds an academic appointment as assistant professor of medicine in SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Charnoff is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and his interests include both preventative cardiology and lipid metabolism.
